Tunisian Honeycomb Super Scarf
Supplies:
Tunisian Hook 8.0, Super Bulky Yarn (I used Charisma Marble from Loops and Threads in Landscape), Scissors, Yarn needle
Abbreviations:
Ch: Chain, TSS: Tunisian Simple Stitch, TPS: Tunisian Purl Stitch, SC: Single Crochet
Notes:
This pattern is Tunisian Crochet. The pattern is created by following the directions for the forward pass. The return pass is the same for every row. Yarn over, pull through first loop on your hook. *Yarn over, pull through the next two loops on your hook.* Repeat from * to * until there is only one loop remaining on your hook. That is the first stitch for the next row.
Gauge: 7 rows by 10 stitches is 4 inches
Pattern:
Row 1: Ch. 18, TSS across. Return pass.
Row 2: TSS in first stitch, TPS in next. *TSS in next stitch, TPS in following stitch.* Repeat from * to * until the last stitch. TSS in the last stitch. Return pass.
Row 3: TPS in first stitch, TPS in the next. *TPS in next stitch, TSS in following stitch.* Repeat from * to * until the last stitch. TSS in the last stitch.Return pass.
Rows 4-110: Repeat Rows 2 and 3.
Row 111: Ch. 1, SC under the vertical bar of each stitch. Finish off, weave in ends.
